Original Adobe Snowhouse - circa 1980

Regular price $20.00 Save $-20.00

This adobe snowhouse was released in 1980 by the retail florist Bachman's of Minneapolis—four years earlier they had released their first six charming, lighted, ceramic buildings to rave success.

By the late 1980s Bachman's ceramic snowhouse line had grown is such popularity that the company expanded beyond Bachman's—officially becoming Department 56 Snow Villages and continuing to grow and become a holiday staple in many homes across America.

This Adobe Snowhouse is in great condition—in a design straight out of Santa Fe with hanging red chiles, luminarias, and outdoor chimonea—and has no cracks or chips. Its ready for your tea light to be placed inside and bring holiday cheer to your mantle.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Small Vintage items will add an additional $7.50 in shipping to any order. I know its kindof crummy. I really want to keep the price down on these items, but I also want them to get to you undamaged. Which costs a bit for packing materials and the shipment. Hopefully if you really wanna snag a deal, you live locally and can take advantage of our free in town pickup and delivery!
