Bronze Eagle Pedestal Bookends - circa 1930s

Regular price $60.00 Save $-60.00
This pair of bronze eagle bookends were likely made by the Marion Bronze Company, who created and crafted this popular design.
The design was made famous when they became a fixture in the Oval Office during the presidency of John F. Kennedy.
Bookends feature a bronze over a ceramic mould, felt bottoms, and are quite heavy.
There is a single imperfection on one bookend—a small crack in the bronze overlay at the right leg (see photos).

Bookends measure approximately: 5.00" x 2.50" x 7.00".

PLEASE BE AWARE: Small Vintage items will add an additional $7.50 in shipping to any order. I know its kindof crummy. I really want to keep the price down on these items, but I also want them to get to you undamaged. Which costs a bit for packing materials and the shipment.
